Asking for more, she learned hunger.

We listen, hoping, in the silence.
WARMTH
Bodies pressed. Our hearts did not.
INDULGENCE
Grief still called. He sang again.
FLOW
River dry, he drank his blood.
HAUNTED
Listening to the rain, he forgot.
