We are told to control ourselves and suppress our anger, but too many of these maneuvers can make us physically and mentally sick, bitter, and unpleasant to ourselves and others.
The secret with anger is not to completely lose it within yourself.
Get angry earlier, before you become ridiculous and stop making sense.
Let people know you are unsatisfied and angry with the situation by controlling your own angry narrative so you can get your point across and hopefully establish a new point of tolerance and improve the communication between the parties evolved.
This exercise is very prevalent when dealing with strangers. Unfortunately, easy and nice does not always work; sometimes that person behind the counter will not move an inch out of their realm to help you. That’s when the one making the bigger fuss is the one that will get results. But for that venture to be successful you must have your wits with you.
