Anger is a result of ongoing fear. We fear what we do not know, the unpredictable aspects of our lives, and the events we cannot control.

Knowledge provides truth in which we can understand the dynamics of the event without its intangible characteristics.

Most everything we witness or experience in our lives is delivered to us in unequal parts of reality as it is, and reality as we see it, which is enhanced with our beliefs.

Having the knowledge over the issue in hand will not only filter the inconsequential out of the equation, but will also provide limits.

Understanding the limits of what can be done will lesser the frustration one experiences when trying to accomplish tasks born to fail. With limited good options one has a better chance of success, as good intentions and doing the best one can will not guarantee results.
