Drop the superman or wonder woman’s costumes and realize that in modern society, in the name of popularity, we are lured into needless actions and superfluous possessions. Prioritize what you do by visualizing who you want to be, or which goal you aim to achieve. Work from the inside out and do not allow your environment to make decisions for you.

Only by learning how to clear up our dockets, say NO, and prioritize what we allow into our lives, we can begin to tame time within its border.
