After a few decades on this Earth, most of us had the opportunity to weather in and out of personal struggles. Some washes out with the waters others stay around like a puddle that never dries.

These are our ‘Achilles Heel’, unpleasant passages, or facts that even if no longer present in our daily lives, it keep popping out here and there by the ‘Banderilleros’ in our sphere. They hover around until they see a way in the conversation to insert what will take us down a peg.

Banderilleros use their own ‘Achilles Heel’ as an offer of good faith. That interchange of misery carries a hidden message saying “here is my weakness, what’s yours” . When faced with people like this; gracefully move away from being flagged like a bull in a bullfight; they are not your friend!
