Written by Life Coach Carioca Da Gema
They were quiet for years
No children
Barbeque on Sundays
She shopped for antiques
He talked on an old radio
Gingerbread home
Last night
In the dark
Nervous loud words I could not understand
Boxes being tossed in car
Things falling off boxes
The open door in the house illuminates the scene
“shut the door”
Trembles the scene
Door open in car
Bell and light on
No one to see
Years pulverized by new tension
Like falling through the open cracks on cement floors
